Altrubanc Blog

I have had many conversations regarding student loan debt over the years while developing altrubanc. Most conversations usually conclude with two outcomes. The first outcome is that the person I am speaking with does not value education and believes a degree is overvalued and generally these people have a negative bias. The second outcome is that the government needs to provide for the expense of higher education. Well let’s just dig into how that process may go. First a budget would have to be agreed upon by Congress, stop laughing and let’s continue. So now we have the budget and limited slots are available and we have to now create a value ranking system for degrees. Do you want to pay for scientists, doctors, or film studies majors? Before you make up your mind consider how much revenue Steven Spielberg has brought to this country. Not so easy when you consider these things. So now we have politicians who have to choose who has value potential and who does not and we all know how indecisive politicians are. Not looking so good when you take a realistic look at the government fixing the student loan debt crisis.

The simplest and therefore most attainable solution is one that builds on what already exists which can be altered or added to. That IS altrubanc. Altrubanc requires no alterations to what already exists. Students still take loans for education and attend school. Altrubanc allows them to receive financial aid to pay down that debt, all they have to do is graduate. If the government/politicians wanted to help students all they would have to do is financially support students with tax dollars on altrubanc. By doing this they can avoid the political pitfalls associated with who and who does not add value to our economy.

As you can see altrubanc is the simplest solution because nothing changes and the government/politicians are required to do as little as possible, which is something they may actually be capable of.
